Aer Lingus has increased its voluntary redundancy offer to older workers in an effort to speed up the shedding of 2,500 jobs following the crisis in the aviation industry.

Aer Lingus has increased its voluntary redundancy offer to older workers in an effort to speed up the shedding of 2,500 jobs following the crisis in the aviation industry.

The airline is now offering a lump sum of two years’ pay to any worker with 39 years service or more.
