Central Bank chief says Celtic Tiger is dead

The Governor of the Central Bank says the Celtic Tiger is dead.

Maurice O’Connell has told an Oireachtas Finance Committee that while an economic slowdown here was inevitable, due to overheating, the September 11 attacks have worsened the situation.
