RUC blames republicans for murder of protestant man

The RUC has said it believes republican paramilitaries were involved in the murder of a protestant man in Strabane, Co Tyrone, last night.

The man, who was in his late 20s, was shot dead by two masked gunmen outside his catholic girlfriend’s home in Oakland Park at around 11.30pm.
