Labour urges Govt to support London challenge to Sellafield

The Labour Party has urged the Government to lend its support to a legal challenge against the expansion of Sellafield due to be taken in London next week.

Greenpeace and Friends of the Earth will mount legal action in the British High Court in an attempt to prevent the operation of a mixed oxide (MOX) fuel reprocessing plant at the northern England nuclear plant.
