Ulster Unionist leader David Trimble has told the British Government that he has nominated ministers from his party to return to the Northern Assembly in response to the IRA’s move on decommissioning yesterday.

The three UUP ministers resigned last week after a pan-unionist attempt to have Sinn Fein expelled from the Assembly failed because of lack of support.
