Decommissioning way forward - Alliance Party

The new leader of the Alliance Party has said that the weapons issue remains the biggest obstacle to progress of the peace process in the North.

Delivering his first speech at the party's annual conference at Stormont, David Ford said that loyalist and republican paramilitaries must respond to the urgent need for arms decommissioning.
