First Irish anthrax arrests

Gardai have made their first arrests in relation to the anthrax scares in Ireland.

A man and a woman were arrested in Kilkenny in relation to separate hoaxes.

Police in Germany also arrested a man when he was caught trying to post a number of letters containing suspect powder to Ireland.
