Health service to come under fire

The Irish health service is expected to come under severe criticism today

at today's meeting of the Irish Hospital Consultants.

Ireland has one of the worst international track records for health funding according to the Irish Hospital Consultants Association.

The failure of the Government to publish its national health strategy is likely to come under particular criticism as well as the need for more consultants, more funding, increased staff and better facilities.
