The Government has told Aer Rianta to complete its investigation into a breach of security at Dublin Airport by next Tuesday.

TV3 reporter Susanne Coogan walked through all security checks at the airport last Tuesday carrying razor blades, scissors and a miniature tool kit containing four blades.

John Burke, the chief executive of Aer Rianta, was called before the National Civil Aviation Security Committee today to explain how security was breached so easily.
