British man dies in Co Carlow road accident

A British lorry driver has died after two articulated trucks collided head-on in Co Carlow this morning.

A British lorry driver has died after two articulated trucks collided head-on in Co Carlow this morning.

The accident happened at Boggin Hill in Ballin at around 10.20am.

The dead man, who was in his 30s, died at the scene. The driver of the other truck was slightly injured.
