New York fire fighters visited by Cowen

The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Brian Cowen, has met with New York fire

fighters at a midtown Manhattan fire station that lost ten emergency workers

in the World Trade Centre attack, three of whom were of Irish decent.

Minister Cowen sympathised with the brother of one of the missing fire fighters while he was at the station.
