Taoiseach says Ireland's offer to US is more wide-ranging

The Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, has said Ireland's offer of support to the United States is more wide-ranging than the use of airports and airspace.

Mr Ahern insisted that talks between US Secretary of State Colin Powell and Irish Foreign Minister Brian Cowen will have a much broader agenda.
