Ryanair slashes seat prices in wake of US attacks
Low-cost airline Ryanair today announced it was selling a million seats at £9.99 in an effort to combat the effects of the terrorist attacks in the US.
The company pledged that it would not make any staff redundant and would take delivery of eight new aircraft - as well as opening new routes and adding flights to existing routes.
