Unionists unimpressed with latest IRA statement

Ulster Unionists were today unimpressed by the latest IRA statement and said it was not enough to prevent the collapse of the political institutions.

Stormont Culture Minister Michael McGimpsey said that movement on decommissioning over the past three years had been ‘‘infinitesimal’’.
