Woman to be charged over fatal stabbing

A woman who was arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of a middle-aged man in Co Meath is to face charges.

The woman is due to appear before a special sitting of Navan District Court later today.

The 52-year-old victim was stabbed on Church Street in Kilcock in the early hours of yesterday morning. He was rushed to James Connolly Memorial Hospital in Blanchardstown where he died from his injuries.

The woman was arrested yesterday and questioned in relation to the fatal incident.
