Sniffer dog in £20,000 debut find

The Revenue Commissioners’ new sniffer dog has made his first drugs seizure at Dublin airport.

Harvey detected ten kilos of herbal cannabis with a street value of £20,000 in the luggage of a South African woman, who had arrived on a flight from Johannesburg via Madrid.

The woman is currently being detained at Santry Garda Station.
