Adams criticises Government approval of policing reforms

Sinn Fein President Gerry Adams has hit out at the Irish Government and the SDLP for supporting the policing proposals in the North.

Mr Adams says that while he respects the right of the Government and the SDLP to take up their new positions, he believes their moves have been premature.
