RUC Chief Constable Ronnie Flanagan, tonight urged public representatives in north Belfast to use their influence to stop the blockade of Catholic children going to school.

Denying claims that the RUC was heavy-handed against Protestants in clearing a path for the pupils, Sir Ronnie said there was no justification for the ongoing protests.
