Hanafin in Philippines for adoption agreement visit

The Minister for Children, Mary Hanafin, is to meet with officials in the Philippines today to discuss the signing of a bilateral agreement on inter-country adoption between the Irish Adoption Board and the Philippines authorities.

The agreement will facilitate Irish couples who wish to adopt children from the Philippines.
