Unhygenic food outlets to be 'shamed' on Internet

The Government today launched an online ‘‘name-and-shame’’ campaign to improve food hygiene.

The Food Safety Authority (FSA) said businesses forced to close because of breaches of health regulations would be listed on its web site - www.fsa.ie.
