IRA ‘superbomb’ intended for use in UK

It is reported that the three suspected members of the IRA arrested in Colombia were developing a superbomb, which was planned to wreak devastation across UK cities.

Tests were being carried out in the South American jungle on vaporised explosives, which had the potential to obliterate buildings and kill anyone in their vicinity, security sources believe.
