IRA notes 'ongoing attempts to prevent progress'

The IRA has confirmed that it has agreed a scheme with the Decommissioning Body to put its arms beyond use.

In a statement issued to this morning's An Phoblacht newspaper, the IRA said its representative has met the body eight times since March.
