Sinn Fein has given its formal response to the two Governments' package to rescue the Good Friday Agreement, saying it provides the basis for further progress if the Governments have the will to proceed.

It calls on the Ulster Unionists to fill the position of First Minister and to end what it called their unlawful veto on the institutions set up by the Agreement.
