Tribunal lawyer accuses builder of lying

A lawyer for the Flood Tribunal has accused one of the key witnesses of lying.

Counsel for the tribunal, Patricia Dillon, argued builder Joe McGowan lied a number of times when he gave evidence to the tribunal last year.
