'Dublin must secure IRA disarmament or admit capitulation'
The Government must secure IRA disarmament once and for all or accept it has capitulated to the Provisional movement, a senior Ulster Unionist warned today.
As Sinn Fein’s Gerry Adams and Martin McGuinness met Taoiseach Bertie Ahern for talks on the delayed package of proposals to rescue the Northern Ireland peace process, acting Stormont First Minister Reg Empey insisted the Dublin administration’s credibility was at stake.
