The Government is today expected to reveal plans for an expansion of the health service to include 5,000 new hospital beds over the coming 10 years.

The Government is today expected to reveal plans for an expansion of the health service to include 5,000 new hospital beds over the coming 10 years.

According to reports this morning, an additional 5,000 nurses will also be recruited under the Government's new health strategy.
