RUC probe possible link between shootings

A man underwent emergency surgery in a Belfast hospital tonight after being found in a house with a gunshot wound to the stomach.

Police went to the house at Mountvernon Park in the north of the city after receiving reports of a wounded man and found the 22-year-old lying in a bedroom.
