Orange marchers in Derry demand 'civil rights'

A stand-off has developed between Orange men in Derry and the RUC because of the Parades Commission’s decision to prevent them marching into the centre of the city.

The Britannia Lodge had been expected to join the main body of the Orange marchers in the city but instead they have been confronted by the police.
