Talks set to break up without agreement

The talks aimed at rescuing the Good Friday Agreement and the Northern Ireland peace process appear to be set to break up without any resolution.

There are rumours that the three main pro-Agreement parties and the two Governments may reconvene the talks on Friday after the July 12 celebrations.
