Ahern describes IRA moves as 'very significant'

The Taoiseach has said that the moves made to date by the IRA on decommissioning were "very significant".

Speaking after the publication of the international decommissioning body's report, Bertie Ahern suggested that the handing over of arms may come about through other means than those specified by the body.
