Pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithkline has said it is deeply concerned at allegations that a veterinary vaccine may have been administered in error to a child in the 1970s.

Pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithkline has said it is deeply concerned at allegations that a veterinary vaccine may have been administered in error to a child in the 1970s.

The company said an investigation into the matter has been initiated and this would be greatly assisted by the provision of all facts relating to these claims to the company.
