A bitter row has broken out in the Dáil over the state of the nations health services after the Labour party said the Government should be ashamed of our cancer service, which has been alleged is the worst in Europe.

A bitter row has broken out in the Dáil over the state of the nations health services after the Labour party said the Government should be ashamed of our cancer service, which has been alleged is the worst in Europe.

Fine Gael says it is totally unacceptable for a cancer patient to be forced to seek legal action before they can receive treatment.

The Labour party also accused the Government of being more interested in the National Sports Stadium than the health service.
