RUC Special Branch-linked agent provocateurs tried to incite members of a civil rights group to poison the water supply at an Army barracks in Derry, the Bloody Sunday inquiry was told today.

Hugh Logue said the two showed a map of Ballykelly military base's water system to the North Derry Civil Rights Association, and announced that they had strychnine that could be used in such an operation.
