Cowen to meet EU applicant ambassadors

The Minister for Foreign Affairs is to discuss last week's rejection of the Nice Treaty with ambassadors from applicant countries to the EU in Dublin today.

Brian Cowen is continuing his damage limitation exercise after the upset of the No vote.
