Moriarty Tribunal set to resume
The Moriarty Tribunal resumes this morning after a lengthy recess.
It is believed evidence given in private by former Taoiseach Charles Haughey may be read into the public record this week.
Mr Haughey gave evidence for one hour a day, four days a week for some weeks earlier in the year, after his legal team expressed concern over his failing health.
It is understood his testimony will be accompanied by responses from those affected by his evidence.
Former Fine Gael minister Michael Lowry is also due to take the stand during this session.
The tribunal is investigating payments made to Fine Gael by Telenor, a major shareholder in Esat, after Mr Lowry awarded Esat a mobile phone licence.
