Rail services in Northern Ireland were in chaos today after a series of bomb alerts closed main lines.

Rail services in Northern Ireland were in chaos today after a series of bomb alerts closed main lines.

Police and troops were moving in to search tracks following overnight telephone warnings claiming bombs had been placed at three locations on the lines.
