Concern growing over anti-poverty deadline

Concern has been expressed by the Labour Party that Ireland will fail to meet an EU deadline to submit its anti-poverty action plan.

The Party says the Government is falling short on its list of priorities, such as poverty and social inclusion.

Labour's Tommy Broughan tonight accused the Minister for Social, Community and Family Affairs of not giving the Anti-Poverty submission his full attention.
