The High Court in Belfast has dismissed an application by nationalist residents on the Lower Ormeau Road to overturn a Parades Commission ruling allowing the Apprentice Boys to march through the area on Monday.

The High Court in Belfast has dismissed an application by nationalist residents on the Lower Ormeau Road to overturn a Parades Commission ruling allowing the Apprentice Boys to march through the area on Monday.

Lawyers for the Ormeau residents had argued that the Commission had contradicted its previous decision which stated that a parade could not take place until there had been meaningful dialogue.
