FMD tests on Tyrone cattle negative

Preliminary results on the suspect foot-and-mouth case in Ardboe, Co Tyrone, are negative.

"I am delighted with the news. A bad result in this case would have meant the re-imposition of export restrictions for the foreseeable future," said the North's Agriculture Minister Brid Rodgers.
