Lower Ormeau residents win judicial review of parade ruling
A judge has granted permission for a judicial review to begin either tonight or tomorrow morning on behalf of nationalist residents on Belfast's Lr Ormeau Rd against an Apprentice Boys parade in the district on Monday.
The applicants are seeking a judicial review of the Parades Commission to allow the march.
The judge said he wanted to hear both sides' arguments.
Meanwhile, the Bogside Residents group said that if the parade is forced through on Monday, it could have a knock-on effect in Derry.
Spokesman Donncha MacNiallais said may it jeopardise any long-term agreement in Derry between residents' groups and the Apprentice Boys.
