There was one winning ticket for last night’s Lotto draw, worth £5m.

The ticket was bought in the Dublin area and the owner could become the second biggest winner in the game’s history.

About two million tickets were passed through the Lotto machines in the 24 hours before the draw.

The winning numbers were: 1-13-23-28-33-38 and the bonus number was 14.
