20,000 passengers face being stranded tomorrow

SIPTU has said that it looks unlikely tomorrow's planned one-day strike at Aer Lingus can be averted despite the offer of Labour Court talks.

The union representing clerical and operative staff in dispute over pay is calling a stoppage, which threatens to virtually ground the airline again.
