Foot-and-mouth cull extended

An extended cull of sheep in the south Armagh area gets underway today.

The cull is part of an intensification of anti foot-and-mouth measures.

All sheep within three kilometers of Meigh and Proleek will be slaughtered as well as all sheep in a cross- border corridor adjoining the two sites.
