Fight victim named

A man who died after a fight outside a nightclub in Cork was named by police today as Adrian Moynihan, 23, whose home was in the suburb of Ballyvolane.

Mr Moynihan was taken to Cork’s South Infirmary Hospital after the incident at around 12.15am outside Sidetracks nightclub, in Grafton Street.

Police said investigations into his death were continuing, and a post mortem examination was due to be carried out on the body later today.
