Anti-foot-and-mouth cull continues in Louth exclusion zone

The cull of thousands of sheep and cattle is continuing today in Co Louth as efforts continue to prevent foot-and-mouth from spreading to the rest of the country.

The animals are to be slaughtered in the primary exclusion zone near the infected farm at Proleek.
