Tallaght Two case criticised by Gavin

Eamon Gavin, the man who claims "The Tallaght Two" stole his car and then assaulted him in February 1983, has criticised today's decision by the court to quash their respective convictions.

The court of Criminal Appeal ruled today that the sentence of five years in jail handed down to Joseph Meleady and Joseph Grogan was a miscarriage of justice.
