MTV to visit Dublin

MTV will broadcast a series of programmes from Dublin this weekend to celebrate the St Patrick’s Day festival.

The European satellite and cable music channel will transmit several of its shows from different locations in Dublin on Saturday and Sunday in a new series, which is due to visit other European cities throughout the year.

MTV presenter, Danann Breathnach, who is from Limerick, says that the city was chosen because of its great party reputation.
