Death toll on Irish roads reaches 83

There has been another death on Irish roads.

A male motorcyclist was killed yesterday evening when his bike collided with a car in Co Waterford.

The accident happened at Monameen, on the Dungarvan to Youghal Road, at around 5.30.

The man was pronounced dead at Waterford Regional Hospital.

Gardai are appealing for witnesses.
