Contingency plans unveiled for leaving and junior cert exams

The Government has begun unveiling contingency plans for the leaving and junior cert exams this summer, as secondary teachers prepare for a fresh wave of strikes this summer.

Following a meeting yesterday with the President of the National Parents Council the Minister for Education said a recruitment drive for exam supervisors would begin soon.
