The High Court has heard that a Co Cavan farmer who invested in an off-shore account with Beverly Cooper Flynn, TD, paid £138,000 in back taxes three years ago to the revenue commissioners.

Patrick Duff, from Baileboro, invested £168,000 in a CMI off-shore account, is giving evidence in the High Court in a libel action being taken against RTE by the Fianna Fail TD.
